SHIPPING Under normal conditions, orders of available stock is shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted by Customer Service.
PRE-ORDERS & BACK-ORDERS For pre-ordered items, payment in full is required to secure your item, funds are transferred in full as soon as your transaction is processed. We will send you an email confirming your order after the transaction has processed, along with an estimated delivery time for your order. In the event that shipping dates change, we will do everything we can to keep you informed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES Exchange or store credit only. Notice must be given to info@sesstra.com within 14 days of arrival for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance. We utilize FedEx and USPS to ship orders within the US and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated automatically by weight.
